Council is considering a formal Public Inquiry Response Policy that would require all resident inquiries to receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours. A draft will be discussed at the May 28 work session at 6:00 PM. Residents are welcome to attend and provide feedback.
The Borough Council meeting originally scheduled for May 13 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers. We apologize for the inconvenience. The agenda will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
The next regular meeting of Borough Council will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at Borough Hall, 100 Main Street. The agenda includes updates on the Harrisburg Street construction project, code enforcement cases, public safety, and the new communication protocol. Public comment period is included. Agenda will be posted 24 hours in advance.
Due to the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 26, all trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day for the week of May 26-30. Monday routes will be collected Tuesday, Tuesday routes Wednesday, etc.
