Moderation policy (demo)

TownSignal is built for constructive civic dialogue. Moderators may take action when content:

• harasses, threatens, or doxxes people;
• spams duplicate or off-topic floods;
• spreads deliberate misinformation about urgent safety;
• includes illegal material or overt discrimination;
• undermines documented issue workflows (e.g. repeated bad-faith derailment).

Actions can include warnings, content removal or tombstones with a short rationale, account restrictions, or escalation to borough staff—the exact playbook is configurable for your org.

This demo uses seed accounts and illustrative moderation events. Production deployments should publish a localized policy approved by your legal and communications teams.
